Location is very central to South Beach and the apartment was comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. They also had two beach chairs and towels that we could take to the beach.

My family and I wanted to spend New Year's in Miami, and this condo was in a perfect location and the pictures were great. While the building is old and needs improvements, including a non-working elevator and uninviting hallways, these issues are out of the owner's control. The condo itself was as described in the photos and well-decorated. However, it was very dusty, with hair and confetti found in some areas. Although there were many nice pillows on the couch, we avoided using them due to the dust. The frames of the two Ikea queen beds were unstable, so we had to make some adjustments and place pans under the frames to prevent them from collapsing during the night. We also found three beach chairs, but two were broken, and the umbrella was missing. The owner, Arkadiy, lives in another state and relies on property management for the condo's amenities and cleaning. He was proactive in responding to our messages and addressed our concerns with a small refund. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider returning if Arkadiy confirmed that the issues mentioned have been resolved.
