How sweet it is to recharge your batteries in this cocoon of greenery in the heart of the Luberon! A huge living room, a large terrace and a vast garden with trees to spend convivial moments without stepping on each other, a beautiful secure swimming pool area with pool house, petanque, table tennis, electric barbecue in summer, all the appliances just like at home, shower and bath, linen provided, air conditioning by the floor (a must!). …
The house is 135m2 plus a very large terrace facing South and West, protected under a pergola.
A small cottage of 39 m2 for 2 people classified 3 stars is located on the same plot and can also be rented. Each has its own intimate spaces and large terraces.
The house offers a huge living room facing South and West over the garden, the swimming pool and the old oaks, and North with a view of the Vaucluse mountains and the sunrise behind its peaks. Two separate lounge areas allow adults to gather in one, while children or teenagers can isolate themselves in the other, out of sight behind curtains if they wish. A very large solid wood table allows you to have lunch or dinner. The kitchen is spacious, airy, and allows you to prepare meals with others, in a friendly atmosphere.
The house is fully heated and air-conditioned by the floor. A must! The feeling of freshness in summer is homogeneous in each room, and very effective even in hot weather. It has an official 3-star rating for 8 people.
On the sleeping side, four bedrooms + a fifth, temporary and modular, can accommodate up to 9/10 people.
- The first bedroom is spacious and offers a large bed of 160x200cm, a desk, and direct access to the terrace with olive trees to the south.
- The second, small, can accommodate one or two children, with a mezzanine bed with its original platform, a small fold-out sofa for a 70x200cm bed, and a boudoir area. The children are happy, with a feeling of a real cabin all their own!
- The 3rd bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and a small terrace on the north side, with a view of the Monts de Vaucluse and the garden.
- The 4th bedroom has its own terrace on the south side with a table and 4 chairs, and direct access to the garden. 140x190cm bed and TV.
- A sleeping area can be temporarily partitioned in the main living room (2nd living room) thanks to a clever curtain system. Two configurations are possible thanks to the pull-out sofa inside: a king size bed of 180x200cm, or two independent beds of one person 90x200cm, comfortably.
1 bathroom with shower and chromotherapy bath, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet, 1 separate toilet room.

Outside, a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool safe for children, a pool house with a corner sofa and wooden deckchairs with comfort mattresses, an outdoor shower, a Balinese bed in the heart of the garden, and cicadas in the middle of summer.
On the leisure side: a lighted petanque court in the evening (bowls provided for adults and children), a ping-pong table, a badminton set, a soft archery, beach rackets, a giant mikado, and board games.
Often, the families we have been welcoming in the Luberon Lub'heureux cottages since 2020 tell us that they prefer to stay chilled by the pool and in the garden rather than go on an afternoon trip because they feel so good!
The unmissable village of Roussillon is 5 minutes away by car. Within a radius of 20 minutes: Gordes, the Provençal Colorado, Bonnieux, Saignon, Lacoste, Sault (the lavender capital), and Apt for logistics.

Our hosts were incredibly gracious when we had an unexpected delay upon arrival, they waited for us and received us at a late hour, ensuring we knew how to navigate the property. The house itself is very comfortable with space to spread out and excellent outdoor space complete with pool. Our hosts were very communicative, even providing tips to help us with our daily excursions and travels in the area, making everything so seamless. Location wise, the house is close to most of the picturesque villages with quick and easy access to bakeries, groceries etc. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay!
