This charming cottage called White Mill is perfectly located for both coastal activities and countryside pursuits. It sits in a peaceful valley with streams winding through the garden. Built in 1430, the front half of the property has stood for over 600 years! White Mill offers spacious rooms with wooden beams throughout. It was originally the Miller's cottage.
The property has recently been refreshed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms - two with queen beds and two with twin beds. Two full bathrooms were also updated. The main bath has a large standalone tub, double sinks and a walk-in rain shower. The other bath has a toilet, sink and large walk-in rain shower.
Downstairs you'll find a cozy family room with a fireplace, smart TV and Xbox for entertainment. The large dining room can seat eight to ten comfortably. The kitchen underwent a modern renovation with high-end appliances including a fridge-freezer, double oven, dishwasher and more. Natural spring water as well as city water are available.
Step outside through the conservatory, which overlooks the hot tub, stream and kids' play area. Enjoy relaxing on the sofa taking in the views. In the play space, kids will love the sandpit, 12-foot trampoline, swingball set and fairy garden. For dining al fresco, use the charcoal grill, fire pit or patio furniture.
