It is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house under the roof/attic (attention: sloping roof). The flat has 65m² with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower (height approx. 1.70 due to the sloping roof), bathtub and WC, extra WC, kitchen with dining area, living room and a balcony.
