About this house rental
This 2400 square foot home is beautifully constructed, a pumice home built in adobe style by a local real estate agent for his personal use. The home owner now purchased Momentitos from this real estate agent. The inside has many extra nice and high quality features. Views towards the mountains from the kitchen, master bedroom and the east facing patio are stunning. The open living room, kitchen and dining area makes for a great gathering place.
Momentitos is pet friendly. The Latilla and Adobe wall fences completely surround the home protecting the patio from the wind and giving the home a very secluded feeling.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed and a fireplace. The bathroom has tub and shower with double soap stone sinks. The walk in closet has built in drawers.
The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living area. There is a queen bed in one and the third bedroom has two twins that can be made into a very comfortable king. A small computer desk is placed in this room if you need to do some work. A day bed sits next to a wall in the living area for an extra bed if needed.
The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The home owner visits quite often and enjoys cooking. The home has very thing you need for a comfortable and great vacation. Just bring your clothes and groceries.
Momentitos is 13 miles from the Taos Ski Valley and about six miles from the center of Taos, just two miles from the artisan village of Arroyo Seco with a natural food market, cafes, restaurants, and authentic New Mexico retail and art galleries.

The neg: The home could use a little TLC, a deep cleaning, better kitchen cooking items, and curtains. Also, lots of bugs at night in the master. The poss: homey, large open space with an oasis of a back yard, fully fenced for dogs, and the view was amazing! I would still 100% stay here again, but I would bring everyone sleeping masks to help with that 5am sun.

Everything was wonderful to layout of the home was perfect for our family get together. The host was fabulous with communication and we appreciated all the property had to offer. We will rent again for sure next time we are in Taos.
