All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We used this space as a relaxing mini moon a couple days after our wedding. There were options of the beach or the pool and we used both! Then were able to relax on the balcony at night and when the afternoon showers rolled in. It was a great location and a wonderful, relaxing stay.

This condo surpassed our expectations, not only is it beautifully decorated but very comfortable, with everything one could possibly need for your stay, ocean views from both the living room and bedroom, not just the balcony, and it is…steps away from the Omni resort and beach! Our host was very engaged and responsive. Parking was easy. Amenities close by. Etc. you get the picture. Luxurious.
