4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.
5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.
6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.
12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.
13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen.

This was a great apartment for my sister and I to share on our stay in Luxembourg. It was a short and lovely walk to the city center, and this neighborhood was quiet and close to coffee, groceries, and the central train station. Clean and spacious apartment.

Worked remote here for a week with the family. Large enough to have space, close enough to some cafes and shops, and a quick stroll to old town. Hosts were super responsive even when we had some issues. Recommended!

Unit is a good size for 3 people. If more than three, it would be concerning. Neighborhood is quite safe and comfortable to walk in day or night. The free transit system allows you to get anywhere quickly. Short 2-3 min walk to nearest bus stops. About a 7 min walk to the main train station. About a 15 min walk to the central city center. Wonderful city to walk!Concerns: Must walk one flight of stairs. Circular staircase. Tight, when hauling large suitcases. The two bedrooms and living / dining areas are wood flooring. Extremely loud, squeaky floors! If up moving while others are sleeping, you will wake them. Entry, bathroom and kitchen are tiled. If you have a car, parking could be concerning. We did not have a car and stayed for just over a week. Highlights: Full kitchen available for use. Washer / dryer in the basement (works good, but cycles are long). Felt very safe during our stay. Blackout shades are great!
