In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals and savor them in the delightful dining area, ideal for intimate dinners.
The highlight of your stay is sure to be the balcony, offering stunning beach views. Start your mornings here with a cup of coffee, soaking in the tranquil scenery and the sound of the waves.
The condo complex also features fantastic shared amenities, including an outdoor pool for a refreshing swim and a BBQ area for grilling up delicious meals. This idyllic retreat is the perfect spot for a memorable beach vacation.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• 📣 Compass Point is excited to announce the reopening of its indoor pool on February 1!
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are not allowed. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
