The highlight is our fantastic patio, equipped with yard games and a cozy fire pit, perfect for making memories with friends and family. Your pups are welcome here too but are limited to #35 pounds and under. Whether you're seeking relaxation or fun-filled activities, our home provides the ideal retreat. The Space:
This recently renovated home was designed to be the perfect vacation getaway! The home is located within 1 mile of old town and 1.5 miles from CSU so you'll be right in the heart of Fort Collins!
The back yard is set to provide comfort for your stay with plenty of seating for you to warm up next to the fire pit or play cornhole. The yard is fully fenced and great to bring your dogs (sorry no cats) but they must be on your travel guest list.

-Living Room with a 65” Roku TV and a large comfortable couch for the whole family to relax
-Dining Room – Seating for 6
-Kitchen – Fully stocked to prepare any meals in the home or take a short trip to old town and explore all our favorite local spots

-Second Bedroom

-Third Bedroom
• Queen bed
• 42” Roku TV

This house and management were great. Highly recommend staying here. So close to stores and great food places. Management stayed in close contact and helped make the stay worthwhile.
