The property is very old and not recently updated. Most VRBO's we have stayed in have been immaculately clean and updated. It may have been our unrealistic expectation for a expensive price per night, but not unwarranted. The inside was clean with the exception of the washer machine when a load of laundry was attempted and it was full of mold. A quick text to the manager for resolve and someone was sent later in the day for a solution. The beds were clean and very comfortable and the rooms all about the same size. One of the rooms has a window AC that we never got to work after trouble shooting with the manager and cleaning the filter, but the air that it blew was ok in keeping the room at a decent temperature. Two drawers in one of the bathrooms were unusable and would fall to the ground when they were pulled out, and we were missing curtains on two of the bedrooms to block out the early morning light. All these things were mentioned to the manager but not deal breakers to have immediate resolution. There was few spices to work with and nothing left over in the fridge like sauces, salsa, etc from previous renters, a little bit of a bummer when cooking a bunch and not having to buy every single sauce. The bikes were a nice addition but also old and should be kept up with each clean, as the handle-bars would fall and seat would twist when riding. Other than that the patio and backyard needed some cleaning or hosing down, and know Fort Collins is old so most homes are too
