There is a private plunge pool for your own enjoyment. But you also have free access to the community clubhouse (gym, game room, heated pool and spa...).
The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed and TV;
Bedroom 2 – King size bed and TV;
Bedroom 3 – Master bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and TV;
Bedroom 4 (Mickey) – Two twin size beds and TV;
The Resort
Situated on 30 acres of natural conservation area, the Hidden Forest Vacation Townhomes feature beautiful views of Florida nature and peaceful waters. The neighborhood shares an innovative ECO-Club, which offers an assortment of amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center and playground.
Hidden Forest offers serene views of nature and is still within close proximity to world-class theme parks, attractions, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 2 days prior to check in.**
*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.**
*No party and No smoking - Subject to penalty fee!
*VRBO: According to our company’s policy for identity verification purposes, you must sign the rental agreement, fill out the guest registration form, and provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your credit card (front part - showing only the last four digits), and a picture of yourself holding your photo ID - failure to provide the required documentation as instructed within 48 hours will make your reservation ineligible, and no refunds will be given. - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $500.00*
