Nestled along the turquoise shoreline of the Caribbean, this expansive oceanfront villa offers a luxurious escape with spectacular panoramic views. The villa’s high end design has countless custom architectural details and seamlessly blends bohemian modern and organic decor, creating a serene and stylish ambiance throughout. Inside, natural materials and earthy tones harmonize with vibrant textiles and eclectic art pieces, fostering a unique and inviting atmosphere.
Ideal for hosting large groups, the villa is perfect for family gatherings and small weddings as well as corporate or yoga retreats. It boasts 4 floors, an elevator, 3 large terraces (including an expansive rooftop terrace), 2 swimming pools, a swing bar, and eight spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and ocean views. Additionally, there is a lofted room featuring two queen beds, two twin beds, en suite bathroom and a cargo net making it a fun retreat for all.
The main level has a large entertainment area, a conversation pit and an outdoor fire pit perfect for late night chats. It has an infinity edge pool with a hard to find deep end fit for diving (3 meter depth) and a very unique glass window into the house allowing one to entertain others with their best mermaid impression. On the lower level, you will find a shallow pool for lounging or socializing that is surrounded by tropical gardens and a picturesque swing bar. From this level, a staircase leads down to the water's edge where guests can swim, snorkel and kayak in the crystalline Caribbean water. At dusk, the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the sunset as well as 360 degree views of the whole island. In the evening, the outdoor fire pit becomes a gathering place, where the sound of the waves provides a soothing backdrop to conversations and stargazing. This oceanfront paradise seamlessly blends the luxury, comfort, and beauty that epitomizes resort style living while also providing guests the privacy and space of a villa.

This property delivers a truly elevated luxury experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptional concierge whose attention to detail made the entire stay effortless. Daily breakfast service, in-home dining, massage coordination, transportation, a private boat outing, and golf cart rentals were all handled seamlessly.We originally planned for only four nights of private chef service, but after the first evening it was clear we wanted it every night—the food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. Securing a New Year’s Eve restaurant reservation for our group of 16 was an unexpected and impressive touch that exemplified the level of service throughout our stay.The home itself is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for relaxing in complete comfort. Every bedroom felt luxurious and private, each with stunning views and no detail overlooked. The cleanliness and overall presentation were flawless, making it easy to settle in and fully unwind.This home provided the perfect setting for a special family reunion spanning multiple generations, including children and our 85-year-old father, without ever feeling crowded or compromised. It strikes the rare balance of refined luxury and genuine comfort.An exceptional property with world-class service—this is Isla Mujeres at its finest.
