About this apartment rental
this fully rehabbed unit is a great choice for those who want a quieter, more tranquil experience. on the leeward side of the southern end of isla, you're steps away from a beach club, bars with live music, and rancho capricho with their menagerie, tacos, bar, and mini super. many other amenities are a short walk away. iguanas and birds are everywhere in the neighborhood, the stars at night are brilliant, and punta sur is just up the street, too. come enjoy my little slice of mexican caribbean paradise.

The location was great. We’re in our 60’s and didn’t want the party atmosphere. We were able to get to that when we wanted to but weren’t in the middle of it.

We were 2 couples. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were clean; lots of towels and facecloths, hand soap, shower soap and shampoo and toilet paper. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well stocked. We appreciated the view, the balcony, the beach chairs and beach towels. Thanks so much!

Nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ample # of cooking pans, bowls and utensils. Nice comfortable couch. View of the bay and Cancun from balcony. I'm an early riser and I could sit on balcony with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves hit the shore. Great place! We would rent again.
