Featuring: 3 comfortable bedrooms; 2 full custom baths; fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and all new furniture in dining area and living room. Beautiful outdoor living space curated for multi-purpose use: spacious stone patio; fire pit centered amidst a circle of Adirondack chairs; gas and charcoal grills; sun deck; private outdoor shower; an oversized wooden swing hung from a shady oak; hammock; large outdoor tv and furnishings; etc. is what transforms this property into a destination. Shell Shocked delivers a resort-like aura within the privacy of its back yard.
Shell Shocked is proudly perched a mere two blocks from the beach. The sound of gently crashing waves is only a brisk 2 minute walk from the house. An enjoyable and leisurely stroll is always full of sensory delights. Home was located in a great spot, close to everything. Home was relaxing and spacious. Outdoor space was great and quiet to relax.

Great location easy access to the beach and close enough to ride the LSV to the store or marina!! House was clean with lots of activities including outdoor entertainment center with TV and fire pit.

Outdoor area not maintained. Adirondok Chairs broken. Wicker furniture outside moldy and dirty. Had to get key to golf cart in a dirty nasty room under the house that had a basket of laundry covered in bugs. Seemed to have been there a very long time. The back porch has boards that are not secured. The walls inside the house are extremely thin. All 3 bedrooms are in one end of the house and you can hear the slightest noise from any bedroom. Our mattress pad had urine stains on it. The inside of the house is not dirty, but is very musty smelling. The bathrooms were very nice. At checkout we realized there were no dishwasher tabs. Kitchen was very well stocked and maintained otherwise. Take your own dishwashing rag. Golf cart was very nice and promptly returned my deposit.
