Spacious and luxurious 4/5 bedroom (5th bedroom/loft kids room above master), 3 bath, open floor plan, Marshside townhome, located on Jungle Road, and only a short walk to the beach, oak floors throughout the living areas and hallways, tiled bathrooms, and carpeted bedrooms.
The first level features a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances; comfortable living/dining area with fireplace, French doors welcome you to enjoy the screened porch with a view of the Marsh; a queen bedroom with accessible deck and adjacent bath; the leather sleeper sofa sleeps 2 adults.
The second level features a spacious Master and large bathroom with shower, jetted tub, and private screened porch with a Marsh view. A spiral staircase in the master bedroom leads to the vaulted loft, also with a marsh view, accommodating 2 guests. One queen bedroom with deck access, another bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom and laundry area complete the second floor.
Convenient, covered parking for cars and boats, and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand are provided under the house. Installed R/O water system supplies drinking water and ice maker. The tankless water heater ensures you'll never run out of hot water!!

We had a last minute change to our vacation with family, we were able to find this house and get it booked. The home was perfect for our family. Michelle was very accommodating and even checked on us after check in, to make sure everything was good. The porches on this house were fantastic, cool breezes in the mornings and afternoons made for a very relaxing stay! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this house in the future.

We spent Thanksgiving here. The kitchen was well supplied with enough cookware to prepare an entire thanksgiving meal. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. We sadly did not have working TV or internet the duration of our 4 night stay. We missed the Macy’s parade on Thanksgiving morning, and our kids were very disappointed. No internet also made online Black Friday shopping very difficult. The house could use a good, thorough cleaning. Floors were dirty when we arrived, and shower curtain was super moldy. Not major issues, just things that would make the property better for guests. Overall, nice place and would return again if internet and tv were not an issue.
