Again we enjoyed staying at Vess hotel. One negative thing about the hotel is guests not being observant of the smoking area(s); there cigarette smoke allover the common areas.

All the staff were excellent especially Emre who was so helpful, sweet, kind and considerate. They all know how to serve their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here. I loved every minute of my 10days stay at Vess Hotel & Spa. Thank you 😃

The hotel itself was acceptable, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Each day the variety decreased, and the options were very limited. As someone who requires soft food, this was particularly difficult, as the only option available for me was boiled eggs every morning. This greatly reduced the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The highlight of the experience was the receptionist, lady who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. Her professionalism made a very positive impression.
Overall, while the service at reception was excellent, the hotel would benefit from significantly improving the breakfast quality and variety.
