Rhos Retreat No 7

Good location. Safe. Car area. Clean.

Outside looked terrible. Very messy entrance to house. There was a smell in the apartment of old….very old….even though it was modern and lovely looking. Cleaners could do a better job in the fridge and in oven. Also no hot water in any sink after the first night of arrival. Quite strange as had it first night. Had to take washing up bowl to shower for hot water before deciding I needed to boil kettles all of the time to wash up! Weird! Waste of electricity

It was accurately photographed and reviewed. lt was clean and had everything you could want for home comfort. Decor was sand and sea themed and really nice.

Only what was already described in the property -front entrance is unattractive next to the bin space. Parking is on the main road down a hill, as cul de sac is single lane; if you can climb stairs it’s ok. You can load and unload car easily from the lane.

Lovely apartment tastefully decorated with everything needed for our stay. The bed was really comfortable and the shower room was fabulous.

As mentioned by others the outside of the property needed some attention but this did not affect our stay and I’m sure will be sorted out soon.

Got a shock when I saw the building in a serious state of renorvatiin.

One of the tenants was laying the law down about access to parking. But she was wrong.
