The room has everything needed, well equipped. Good space for one person or a couple. Trondheim downtown was really close by bus or rentable E-Scooter, yet the neighborhood was quiet.

The bed mattress was too soft for my taste.

The instructions were clear, the place was clean and the facilities were sufficient. All the kitchen utensils were in place. A nice neighborhood, quiet, far from the city center but with decent bus connection and some food stores nearby. No regrets at all.

While it is possible to live there as a couple, assembling and disassembling the bed takes some effort (it's not hard but you need to move the table, and getting around the bed gets tricky). It is not very convenient to eat, since there is only a low journal table (unless you prefer eating in bed). Also we couldn't quite figure out the heating system, there was a control unit on the wall and a thermostat (?) on the heater, and it was not obvious how to make the two work together. As a result the room would heat up too much during the night. A brief instruction for the guests would be very useful.
