Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, vicino al centro di Santeramo, pulito e dotato di tutto quello che poteva servire. Torneremo sicuramente. Proprietario disponibile e sempre raggiungibile per qualsiasi necessità.

La amplitud, la luz, una apartamento clásico y muy bonito, de buenas calidades.. Cocina amplia y con mesa. También muy agradable la terraza. Y además te sientes como en casa rápidamente. La cama comodísima. Está muy bien situado dentro de Santeramo in Colle: cerca de un súper y al lado del centro. El desayuno es en una cafetería cercana que da a un parque precioso. Y Gianni, el propietario, no puede ser más amable. Nos dio pena irnos. Muy buena opción para ir tanto hacia el oeste (Matera) cómo para conocer pueblos al este preciosos como Conversano, Alberobello o Polignano a Mare.

Sehr netter Besitzer, perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt und ich und mein Fahrrad hatten eine komplette Wohnung für mich alleine. Sehr geräumig, sogar mit Aufzug. Wer will bekommt noch sehr gute Tipps zum Essen gehen. Platz ist mehr als genug, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und alles ist sehr ordentlich. Daher jederzeit wieder!
