Ár-érték arányban kiváló. Tiszta rendezett szoba, jól felszerelt konyha. Fürdőszoba is megfelelő, mosdó, zuhanykabin, wc egy helyiségben, de egymástól elválasztva. Kocsival be lehet állni az udvarba. A tulajdonos hölgy is ott lakik, külön lakrészben. Nem nagyon beszél magyarul (belga) de nagyon igyekszik, kedves segítőkész. Megért és meg is akar mindent érteni és elmagyárazni. Fejlődő szálláshely, most készül szauna,kerti tó. Korlátlan WiFi hozzáférés van.
A szobában nincs klíma, csak egy ventilátor. Nincs megfelelő szellőztetési lehetőség, kevés ablak, csak a bejárati ajtón van szúnyogháló. Kábel tv nincs, bár nekünk nem is kellett.
