A konyha kifejezetten jól felszerelt, lehetőség volt az udvaron is sütögetni, főzni. Kellemes a kiülő, mellette van lehetőség a gyerekeknek játszani. Szépek és gondozottak a virágok. Nagyon készséges és segítőkész a tulajdonos. Kisgyermekeknek is megfelelő, sokféle játék van és az emeleti lépcső biztonsági ráccsal ellátott. A lakás hőmérséklete a klímákkal kiválóan szabályozható.
A bejárati ajtón a szúnyoghálós ajtó javításra szorul, a nappaliból a tereszra nyíló ajtón nincs szúnyogháló. 7 embernek kényelmesek az ágyak, de a nappaliban a plusz 2 embernek kinyitott ágy nem kényelmes. Lehet, hogy egy derékalj komfortosabbá tenné.
