Top Ausstattung, alles neu. Bequeme Betten, das Kinderzimmer auf der anderen Seite. Getrennte Toilette vom Bad. Der Pool genau richtig, um darin zu entspannen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, man braucht ja doch ein Auto für den Strand - aber das hat man in dieser Gegend ohnehin dabei. Gythio ist in Gehreichweite, ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt ums Eck. Top Klimaanlage, die auch während dem Schlafen die Temperatur leise hält.
Ein Geschirrspüler wäre nett gewesen, geht ein paar Tage aber auch ohne.

The property is approx 18 months old, is comfortable and in a quiet ish location (any noise was from overly loud cars / bikes which thankfully are not too abundant). Overall, facilities were suitable for our stay. Having your own pool was a great benefit for the hot days. Although the pool is not heated, the water was a comfortable temperature.
Bathroom was small (though it does have a separate toilet). Hot water supply is purely solar so don’t expect a hot shower whenever you want on ie. morning showers were warm only. Because the surrounding yard area is undeveloped, we got a lot of dust / sand in the pool with no way of cleaning it. Villas are advertised with washing machine however, it is a shared machine in a “common area”. (No big deal just not advertised as such. Overall, we felt it was a bit overpriced.
