Beautiful new house , very spacious , extremely comfortable, location is great, very close to the city but in quite olive trees area, beautiful view all over. extremely friendly host, we loved everything about this house. highly recommended. we travelled with my 90 years old mother and she said it is the most beautiful comfortable house she ever saw.

Nikos is a wonderful host, very kind and generous, he greeted us when we arrived, filled up the fridge with food and drinks. the house is new and very beautiful, the view is outstanding, the beds were comfortable, we felt at home. the distance from the house to the center is around 5-10 minutes by car. I totally recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the area

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Athina. Our family of five, including two kids sharing a bedroom, felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host has truly thought of everything—there wasn’t a single thing we needed that wasn’t already taken care of. The villa itself was spotless and felt more like a five-star hotel than a rental. The beds were extremely comfortable, with fantastic linens, plenty of pillows, and even bathrobes thoughtfully placed on the beds. Every detail was considered: toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, plush towels for both the beach and the house, and so much more. It was clear that the host put great care into making guests feel both comfortable and pampered. A thoughtful welcome included fresh oranges from the owner’s grove, homemade olive oil (which we used for breakfast every morning), fresh bread, and even a bottle of wine. The laundry on-site was a big plus for a family traveling with kids. The property is in a quiet area yet perfectly located—just a short drive to Gytheio, Areopoli, beautiful beaches, and with a supermarket and gas station only a minute away by car. The owner was present on the property during our stay, which we actually found reassuring—though we never needed to ask for anything since it was all so perfectly arranged. It gave us peace of mind knowing help was right there if needed. We left feeling rested, cared for, and deeply appreciative. This villa is an ideal place for families or anyone seeking a quiet, clean, well manicured, and exceptionally well-appointed home base. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent villa for 4 nights with a group of 7 people, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations! The villa itself is absolutely stunning - spacious, airy, and decorated with impeccable taste. What truly impressed us was the exceptional level of amenities provided. Literally everything you could possibly need was available - the attention to detail was remarkable. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, the bedrooms were comfortable and elegant, and the living areas were perfect for our group gatherings. The location is simply breathtaking. Perched atop a hill and surrounded by beautiful olive groves, the panoramic views from every window are nothing short of spectacular. Watching the sunset over the landscape each evening was a highlight of our stay. Nikos, our host, deserves special mention for his extraordinary hospitality. He welcomed us with open arms, his wife prepared numerous homemade delicacies for us to enjoy, and we were amazed to find the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator stocked with all sorts of wonderful treats upon arrival. The pristine beach is just a delightful 10-minute stroll away through charming olive groves - convenient yet private. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking an exceptional Greek getaway. In fact, we're already planning our next holiday here! This place is truly a hidden gem that offers both luxury and authentic Greek hospitality.
