Location and big rooms. Feels new. Very spacious, good for a long stay. Great views.

Owner/management company communication was ineffective. I’d rather stay in a hotel where I can directly communicate or in another B&B, where the owner is directly involved and cares. We arrived at the boat dock and still had no information on the address or how to check in. That’s just way too stressful when you’re on vacation and you’re the only one left at the port. The first thing on Booking.com any hotel or bed-and-breakfast does is send you check-in procedures AND ADDRESS. The person who checked us in asked if we used Google Maps which of course we did but the side street the hotel is located on would not come up and it was directing us to another street. There is no check-in desk so you have to call and arrange a meeting. As far as facilities, the bathroom desperately needed a fan. It was always hot and humid. The place looks like new construction, but the shower pressure is way too strong for the showerhead and it splashes all over the place out of control. I would change the shower head. I asked for an extra towel the first day and I didn’t get it until four days later when we were checking out the next day. I was given no information on cleaning service - who would come when until I asked 3 days later. Not sure they were planning on any cleaning without a request. The management company is inefficient and ineffective with the basics. They apparently have way too many properties. Greece is all about hospitality, and this is the only place I’ve ever stayed in where that was not the case. Lastly, you should inquire about luggage storage. I didn’t think luggage storage was available, so I rented a car on our last day so that I can have the luggage with us since our boat was at 5 PM while checkout was at 11. I did not want to rely on them because they had been unreliable so far.

Great location in the center with exceptional views of the water. We stayed in the pent house with rooftop lounging. The room, although a small hike up the stairs, welcomed you with a spacious living room and large bedroom, a kitchenette with fridge and a small balcony to enjoy breakfast.

Perfect location, recently renovated and clean apartment.

Lack of basic amenities, which makes your stay uncomfortable.
