Majestic Old Town Apartments

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la iglesia azul. Nos dejaron entrar 2h antes de lo previsto y nos explicaron al detalle como entrar en el apartamento a pesar de que era un poco confuso, gracias a sus indicaciones fue super fácil. Súper moderno y muy cómodo. Nos gustó mucho que teníamos un mini bar en casa, a pesar de tener que pagarlo, se agradece la disponibilidad. Café de cápsula gratis

Localização, espaço excelente

Це ідеальна квартира в хорошому місці розташування зі всіма зручностями. Виглядає так, наче ремонт робився для власного життя і не під оренду. Ліжко дуже зручне. В апартаментах великі телевізори з підключеним Нетфліксом. Все, як показано на фото. Рекомендую!

The apartment itself was actually very beautiful. It featured a huge TV, a large and comfortable bed, and great air conditioning. Furthermore, the cleaning lady sent by the host was genuinely nice and polite.

In several parts of the apartment, it was dirty with lots of dust and hair. The shower drain was entirely clogged with a disgusting, thick build-up of old hair and black sludge. When we tried to shower, the water didn't drain at all, forcing us to stand in nasty, stagnant water. The bathroom cup was just as bad: it was covered in a thick layer of old mold and limescale, and it had a very foul odor. Furthermore, there were long hairs and dust fuzz in every corner, and the sofa had definitely not been vacuumed at all. When we confronted the host (Peter), his response was a masterclass in gaslighting and manipulation. Instead of apologizing, he tried to deflect from the state of the apartment by bragging about giving us complimentary wine and free parking—as if a bottle of wine makes up for these flaws! He then tried to convince us that the shower "works safely and normally" while completely ignoring the flooding water. He even excused the moldy cup by saying it was "not intended for drinking water." We obviously knew that, but the cup was so filthy and smelled so bad we wouldn't even put a toothbrush in there! Instead of taking responsibility, he accused us of "disassembling" things just because we lifted the loose drain cover to see why it was flooding. To top it off, he became incredibly passive-aggressive and told us that if we want clean facilities, we should book a 5-star hotel instead of expecting it for €30/night. Basic hygiene and cleanliness are NOT 5-star luxuries, they are the absolute minimum. Total lack of respect and zero professionalism from the host's side.
