I like the property, don’t be afraid of its entrance. It looks a little strange but it’s surrounding is safe.

Great location, secure, quiet, reasonably well equipped - for example there is a good washing machine and iron etc. The kitchen is a sufficient (though the knives were blunt and there is no chopping board). Helpful and easily contactable staff.

I visited in November and it was damp - particularly when the central heating wasn’t on. I know this because I am asthmatic and damp air is a trigger. The bedsheets felt slightly damp and it was near impossible to dry clothes. The flat had a damp smell which I brought back with me on my clothes. The bathroom also smelled bad and I bought my own cleaning products to, for example, unblock the bathroom plug hole (which was clogged with hair). The floors were unclean, with bits of hair and dust visible in the corners - the soles of my white socks were black from walking around the apartment.
