Stunning location, beautiful villa, very comfortable and clean, great facilities and felt very welcome.

Everything!! The view, the property, the location…paradise sitting up in a cliff over looking San Vito!

There is nothing to say…perfect!

The property is in a lovely location and has a good view to the ocean. The sauna and steam room area was good.

Overall, we were disappointed and did not think the property matched the price. We were advised that the heated pool and spa would be ready for when we arrived and confirmed this through texts prior to arrival. When we arrived, neither was ready. We booked this property especially for the heated features (as we came in winter). The spa took a day to heat up and the whirlpool was never warm enough to swim in. The property was cleanish but the showers were not properly cleaned and there is a significant issue with black mould in the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen is very small and was not properly equipped. We arrived with 8 and there were only 3 or so each of cups, glasses and wine glasses. Although the hosts were prompt to bring more when we asked, this is quite a basic thing that I would expect to be checked.
