About this villa rental
Villa Delfini is situated in a quiet area at 800 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa is surrounded by a large, rustic garden with typical Mediterranean plants.
Our villa is composed by 2 twins units which can be rented together or separately,
The smallest (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is suitable to a 6 people group, the biggest (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) to a 9 people group.
Here we describe the whole villa:
-two living rooms/kitchens with two double sofa beds, air conditioning satellite TV ;
- 2 kitchens equipped with microwave oven, refrigeretors and freezers;
-five double bedroom with air conditioning ( in the corridor) and wardrobe;
-three bathrooms with shower
-two washing machines
-covered independent terraces
-1 outdoor kitchen (smallest unit)
there is a large common rustic garden with barbecue, chairs, tables.
The proximity to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks on footh or by bike.
- transfer service to the beach (very cheap) on demand
- beach umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach on demand
- transfer service from and to the airport on demand.
Our villa is close to the entntrance to Calamancia Free climbing site, and to calancina rock sea.

siamo stati una settimana a villa delfini con tutta la compagnia che era con noi in viaggio di nozze e siamo stati divinamente...al nostro arrivo la signora Mariarosa ci ha accolti con cesto di benvenuto e marmellate di sua produzione ...gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta.la casa bella come da foto del sito,pulita e attrezzata in un contesto piacevole e tranquillo...la distanza dal paese dove per alcuni può sembrare un problema per noi è stata la cosa più apprezzata ....passeggiate tutti i giorni e tranquillità più assoluta alla sera dove ci siamo sbizzarriti con grigliate e chiacchierate fino a notte tarda ....è stata una settimana stupenda grazie ad una ottima compagnia,una bella casa e un paese con un mare stupendo....ero gia stato a san vito ma eravamo in paese e ammetto che la posizione di villa delfini permette di apprezzare meglio le serate in compagnia
grazie e speriamo di tornare presto.

We stayed for two weeks at the begining of October and we were greatly surprised in positive manner by weather, villa and everithing in San Vito at that period. the Villa is very good, location is also excelent: very quite and not so far from the beach. Villa is composed of two blocks with separate entrance. Villa is new, modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa, and would like to say many thanks to Maria Rosa.:-)

Ho soggiornato a Villa Delfini con la mia famiglia ed alcuni amici l'ultima settimana di Agosto. La Villa é molto confortevole e ben arredata ed in buona posizione. La proprietaria é molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

This home was exactly what my family and friends were looking for; modern, spacious, quiet and close enough to walk down to the beach. We were renting the bottom floor which has it's own large garden. The house is situated in a calm residential area up the hill from the port. I was visiting with my husband, 2 young children and another couple. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the best part was the giant garden/outdoor eating area! Every evening we were able to enjoy BBQ meals out on our own patio. I would deffinetly recommend this property, Maria Rosa is a wonderful lady and willing to help with anyting.Thank you for a most lovely stay, hope to see you again:)-Magda
