هدوء المكان وتوفر المواقف
1-عدم توفر عامل أو عربة لتحميل وتنزيل الشنط خصوصاً انها شقق فتكون عادةً وجهة للعائلات والتي يكون معها عدد من الشنط والاغراض والعماره بها درج على الشارع ومن الصعب حمل الاغراض حتى الوصول للمصاعد
2-الاثاث مستهلك وغير نظيف ويوجد به رائحة أتربة؟؟
ووجود بطانية مستخدمه في سلة الغسيل بالغرفة الرئيسية مما يدل على عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة
3-عدم توفر متطلبات أساسية (مناديل اكرمكم الله للحمام) وأكياس نفايات وتطلب الأمر التواصل مع المضيف حتى يصدر الامر للعامل بتوفيرها
4-توفير عدد 2 مناشف لشقه مكونه من ثلاث غرف نوم وحجز لسته اشخاص
5-الاسره غير مريحه
6- احدى الغرف التكييف سيء بها.
