موظف الاستقبال بجاد الحربي وزميله الثاني لا اذكر اسمه المتواجد وقت وصولي الساعة الخامسة والنصف كان حربي كذلك اخلاق رفيعه اسلوب راقِ
وكذلك موقع الفندق مابين الحرم النبوي الشريف ومقبرة شهداء احد
يحتاج المطبخ إلى اهتمام اكثر ومتابعة العماله من قبل الادارة او المسؤولين كذلك شكراً لعمال الخدمات طيبين ومحترمين

Poor service bus facility. It was far away from hotel to Haram (around 2 KM). Only one time service their allocated time. It is unfair. Minimum 3 to 4 trip service needs to pick & drop. While other hotel given 4 times bus service. In addition the coster bus No A/C and very, very bad condition inside Housekeeping. All seats are damaged and very ugly seats condition.
