Comfortable, use of lift, clean, use of facilities, variety of TV channels, walking distance to restaurants.
We couldn’t use the trolley to unload our items from car to our room, noise & view of works next door, the view from our balcony, the cost of apartment to the view of our room, we couldn’t find places to eat due to high demand to places available to eat. We had to take what we could find not what we wanted to eat.

A great apartment in a great spot. Nice and new and extremely well appointed. Easy access to the pool and gym.
The apartment is overlooking a construction site which was not disclosed to us. Key collection and drop off is in Coolangatta which is a bit inconvenient when flying in and out of Gold Coast airport.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated
Construction site next door left the outside balcony dusty and unattractive and detracted from property
