Miles at Kirra Point 303 is a beautifully designed apartment offering one bedroom with king bed + multipurpose room with queen sofa bed.
The main bedroom features views over to Kirra Point, balcony access, walk through robe and elegant ensuite with walk in shower. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing and enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean, all from the comfort of a luxurious king bed.
The smaller multipurpose room is perfect for kids or overnight visitors with a comfortable queen sofa bed and smart TV with Xbox. Please note that there is only one bathroom (ensuite), which is accessed through the main bedroom.
The open plan living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee pod machine, dining area and comfortable lounge with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Step out onto the beachside balcony with views over to Kirra Point and enjoy your coffee in the morning sun or an afternoon drink after a day at the beach.
The apartment offers everything you need to relax and unwind plus all the conveniences you’d expect, including ducted air-conditioning throughout and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Linen
All linen including beach towels is provided and the master bed will be made on arrival. The sofa bed will not be made up, however linen is provided if required.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Loved our stay. Room is basically new, spot is fantastic. Perfect if you’ve got smaller kids but it wouldn’t be ideal for two couples or if you had teen kids due to the 2nd bedroom being tiny and shared ensuite. Will definetly be back!

it was great, however there was a smell coming from under the bed that was so strong like a scented candle or air freshener and it was really strong and I had trouble sleeping.

Beach view was more of an ocean glimpse. Room over looked a building site!
