Big and modern apartment with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment can easily fit a whole family with 2 kids, because there is also a big sofa bed in addition to a regular bed. My apartment (#101) was perfectly clean when I checked in, and all the furniture was in great condition. Having a washing machine was a big plus. Also, I really appreciated the big refrigerator. The kitchen counter is very nice and useful if you want to cook something, and all the necessary amenities for cooking are there. Nicely designed bathroom with a large shower stall. The Wi-Fi in my apartment worked well. Good and fast communication with the apartment’s representative through Booking.com Chat and WhatsApp as well. A reasonable deal for my stay – I paid EUR 33 per night. Nice apartment location not very far from the beach (only a 6–8-minute walk), in a nice area of Durres with some cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops around.

The property does not accept card payments; they only accept cash. All the apartments are located on the ground floor of the building, which means there is a lot of noise in the apartment (they are not very soundproof, unfortunately). Plus, there is no privacy because people from the street can easily look through the windows, which means the curtains always have to be closed, and there is no natural daylight inside the apartment. No real closet in the apartment. There is something like a clothes rack right next to the bed, but it is very small, has no drawers, and generally does not have much space to put clothes and other stuff. The only place to put some personal stuff could be the kitchen furniture, which has many sections for that. No bathroom amenities – shower gel or shampoo – were provided; they only put some cheap soap with a very bad scent by the sink. No opportunity for a late check-out; we got only 30 extra minutes, but it was impossible to receive even one full hour. Also, the check-out time is very early – 10 a.m. It should be at least 11 a.m., or even better, noon.

Esperienza davvero eccellente. Appartamento molto bello, accogliente e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulito, con spazi comodi e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicino a ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Al piano terra, quindi non c'è la necessità di salire le scale. Davvero eccellente anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Personal war sehr nett. Das Appartement hatte 2 Schlafzimmer. Betten waren sehr gemütlich.

Sehr laut , nah an der Strasse. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr schlechte Lage.
