Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, avec 2 places de stationnement dont 1 très accessible. Résidence sécurisée. Grandes chambres avec rangements. Terrasse fonctionnelle. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Conciergerie très réactive. A proximité immédiate du grand marché.
Les lits un peu petits pour des très grands gabarits...mais c'est vraiment un détail

La localisation, la disposition de l'appartement, l'équipement cuisine et salle de bain.
Nous avons trouvé dommage au vu des fortes chaleurs, 31° dans l'appartement, qu'un ventilateur ne soit pas mis à disposition. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement volets ouverts, il aurait été appréciable, afin de gagner quelques degrés, que ceux ci soient fermés.
