You'll feel right at home here! This semi-detached house, carefully renovated in 2022, offers all the comforts you need. It's an ideal starting point for numerous activities: you're just a 15-minute walk from the center of Vichy, its parks, and the thermal baths. There's a bus stop at the end of the street, and bike rentals (5 minutes away) allow you to explore the many cycle paths. Escape to the great outdoors and explore the Montagne Bourbonnaise.

Ground floor: Entrance through the veranda. Living room opens onto the kitchen, laundry room, and separate toilet.
