Members of staff were really nice, there was complimentary breakfast from the kitchen which tastes really good.. estate was pretty secure as well.

Estate gates was closed after a certain time, so you had to go around the other way.

The accessibility to the hotel and amenities. The corridors were spacious and clean - the marble flooring/tiles colour coordination gave ir that premium look. Great ambient lighting on all rooms including TV. Also, the property was well manned and secured. Cameras were present all around the building and there is a police check point nearby as the property is located in an estate with security gates.

The reservation we stayed in, a two bedroom apartment needs some maintenance. There were loose fittings in the bathroom and I feel a bit of polishing or refurbishment would improved the overall experience. In my opinion, the hotel is ideal for a short stay of 1-3 days or as a city stay hub due to the facilities available. Families might find it limited.

Their rating on the app is way off the mark. They are neither 5 star nor even a 4 star. I’ll give them a solid 3 star. There were no complementary tea or coffee sachets in the room.

Rooms were big, staff were very friendly, all salute to their supervisor Bukki. I feel at home. Samson with a great smile always, made my day. He even asked me when I am visiting the hotel next time?

There are no KFC or McDonald's nearby. However hotel food was amazing.
