Die Lage zum Zentrum ist in Ordnung, die Verantwortlichen versuchen zu helfen, Wohnung geräumig
Bei der Ankunft sind wir angekommen und die erste Enttäuschung kam prompt.Es ist eine Kellerwohnung in der die Lichtverhältnisse sehr bescheiden sind und die Bilder mehr Schein als Sein sind. Laut Vorbewertung wollte sich der Vermieter um Fliegengitter kümmern , diese sind bis heute nicht dran. Gerade angekommen,Reisegepäck abgestellt, Kühlschrank auf und nächste Überraschung. Der Kühlschrank hatte noch Reste auf dem Glas, der Backofen ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten haben teilweise gelbliche Flecken auf den Matratzen. In 2 Räumen gibt es einen Schimmelbefall, im Schlafzimmer an dem das Bett links von der Tür steht, Wand sehr feucht und Schwarzschimmel. Meiner Meinung nach müsste das komplett getrocknet werden und der Schimmel professionell entfernt werden. Der Vermieter versucht zwar zu reagieren, aber zu 90% rennt man mehr Hinterher, denn es kommt tut mir leid kümmere ich mich drum. Leider ist dies uns erst am 3 Tag aufgefallen, da Wir viel unterwegs waren und in der Unterkunft dann schon dunkel. Für Allergiker und Lungenvorbelastete ist dies nicht zu empfehlen. Waschmaschine vorhanden aber keine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche trocknen. 1 Lappen und 1 Geschirrhandtuch Geschirrspültabs schon etwas älter. Wir haben zwar eine Teilrückerstattung erhalten, da wir den Urlaub dann abgebrochen haben und bis fast zur Abfahrt trotz Mail keine Antwort kam. Mittlerweile haben wir Booking eingeschaltet und überlegen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, da dies ein erheblicher Reisemangel ist.
