Great time after all and perfect vacation

It’s super close to the beach, super market and bakery. Bed was extremely cozy and great. Like you sleep on the cloud. It has parking inside the property and it’s under roof. Car is protected from sun or any other weather conditions. It felt very pleasant to stay and enjoy in vacation.

Personally did not like lite in the living room. It hanging low and was banging my head all the time. But it’s ok for people who are not 195cm tall. 😁

The Appartments was close to the beach but not close to supermarkets

There was no housekeeping for 8 days I stayed and there where no cleaning products to clean the apartment during my stay also no broom to sweep how can you expect people travelling to carry these items , this was very bad

Wonderful!

The apartment was great, spacious enough, it had all amenities one may need. There were two air conditioners, one in each room, which is great for the really hot days. The bedroom was big with plenty of storage. Small suggestions to the owner - please, install some blinds or similar on the bathroom window, otherwise there is no privacy. Of course we managed with such a trivial thing so consider it as a tip. And maybe leave a broom, for people staying longer that would be useful (with all the sand) :) There is no parking, but the nearby streets offer a lot of space, and it is no more than 1-2 min walk from the property. The only downfall is that the house is on a busy street and it could by loud in the mornings, but after all this is Dimokratias, everything is located there :) We would choose it again.

This is not a negative but a comment - service connection - if you decide to do some work from there it would be a challenge. But we realized that this year the network coverage in whole Perea is awful, so this has nothing to do with the particular property.

Excellent location, clean, and comfortable!

Fantastic location, just a quick stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was incredibly clean and well-thought-out. Check in and check out were both easy. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!!

I wish the stairs had a baby gate for families with little ones.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn das drumherum auch passen würde.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet, man muss sich selbst verpflegen, was aber für uns voll in Ordnung war. Läden gab es auch in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir fühlten uns ein bisschen, wie zu Hause ankommen. Wir hatten zwei Balkone, haben jedoch nur den einen genutzt.

Es gab im Bad nicht genug Haken, um die Handtücher anzuhängen. Die Kissen waren sehr unbequem. Ein Handfeger oder Besen wäre sehr sinnvoll, das man mal was zusammen fegen kann, da es nur einmal in der Woche eine Reinigung, die zuvor online mit Termin abgestimmt wird, gab. Leider wurde der Termin nicht für voll genommen und ein Tag eher spontan durchgeführt, weil sie wohl den anderen Tag keine Zeit hätten. Leider hatten wir kein Flughafenshuttle erhalten können, wie hier eigentlich angekündigt. Wir wurden nur auf eine Taxi App verwiesen und bei der Ankunft fanden wir kein Toilettenpapier bzw. Seife vor. Dies wurde uns für den nächsten Tag versprochen, aber da es unter den Leuten wohl nicht kommuniziert worden war, kamen die Utensilien erst am übernächsten Tag. Auch ein kleiner Wasserschaden wurde erst den übernächsten Tag repariert. Die Reinigungskräfte sollten auf dem Balkon kontrollieren, ob der Wasserhahn noch an ist oder nicht. Wir sind erst abends angereist und könnten die erste Nacht kaum schlafen, da wir dieses Wasserrauschen nicht einordnen konnten woher es kam. Auch eine Autovermietung soll vorhanden sein, jedoch wurde uns bei der Nachfrage gleich gesagt, dass sie dies nicht haben. Uns wurden dann erst später einige Webseiten mit Autovermietungen zugestellt. Falls man aber persönlich (und auf deutsch) ein Auto mieten will, in derselben Straße findet man das auch.

Na grécke pomery nadštandartná čistota. Apartmán na prízemí s možnosťou využita exteriéru. Interiér zariadený s citom a prakticky. Vybavenie kuchyne dostatočné a neopotrebované. Upratovací servis milý a ústretový.

Има малки детайли които липсват. Неща за почистване и сешоар. На втория етаж няма къде да си сложиш дрехите и куфара. Зад спалнята е хубаво да се помисли за табла и да се сложат нощни шкафчета.
