Appartement très bien situé Générosité de la part du propriétaire avec des bouteilles d'eau, du thé, du café très agréable à notre arrivée.... Le salon/kitchenette se trouve sur le boulevard très bruyant mais avec le double vitrage, le silence règne ! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous🤩 L'appartement est meublé moderne, j'ai adoré le canapé 🤩 Les gardiens de la résidence sont extrêmement gentils et serviables !

Le plafonnier de la chambre n'éclaire pas assez. Sur 6 ampoules seulement une fonctionnait. Il doit y avoir un problème électrique. J'adore lire avant de m'endormir et il n'y avait pas de lampes de chevet. Ce fut regrettable

Het bed sliep heerlijk. In de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien.

De wc billensproeier werkt niet goed. Het zwembad in het gebouw was heerlijk. Helaas waren de openingstijden van 10-18 uur niet echt handig.

It had everything I needed. The location was great and everything was available nearby. The host was very helpful as I could not connect to the internet.

Someone was doing renovation works and it was somewhat noisy part of the day, Then, on the weekend I heard loud conversations until the early hours in the morniing but I cannot say that it is always like this or if I was just unlucky.

The flat was spacious, airy, and offered a comfortable retreat from the heat of the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The shower was a good size, and the bathroom overall was clean and comfortable. Security was excellent, with 24-hour staff at the entrance who were always friendly and welcoming—something we truly appreciated. The apartment felt completely secure at all times. We also enjoyed the convenience of a nearby local supermarket, which made it easy to pick up snacks and drinks for our stay. The flat itself was modern and neutrally decorated, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The couch was comfortable, and the TV was a good size for streaming YouTube or Netflix when we wanted to unwind. Overall, a very nice property that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

While the host was friendly and responsive, there were several issues during our stay that impacted our experience. First, clear instructions were not provided for using the washer-dryer, and as a result, we were unable to use the dryer. The hob also required a lighter, which was not supplied, making it unusable. This can be fixed by producing an A4 sheet of instructions - remember washer/dryers vary per country and this one was in French, the microwave was in Spanish. Although the host had just had the place cleaned, we found some dust on the floor and stains on a few pieces of cutlery and glassware. There were also personal items left in the bathroom and bedroom drawers, which gave the space a less professional feel. Additionally, a laundry rack with clothes was left drying on the balcony, which we had to put away ourselves. There were not enough towels provided for two people (the two available towels that were available were old and one the size of a hand towel), so we ended up purchasing some at the souk. We also noticed a safety concern: the sandwich maker had exposed wires, so we chose not to use it. As a result, we were limited to cold meals or microwave use only. On our first night, there was a power outage. Thankfully, we were able to contact the host via WhatsApp and reset the fuse box. It appeared the issue was isolated to our flat, possibly due to overloading the system by running the washer-dryer and air conditioning simultaneously. There was also a small leak under the kitchen sink, and no instructions were provided on where to dispose of trash, so we had to take it with us upon departure. Wifi was spotty during entire stay. Overall, while the host was helpful and communicative, the property would benefit from better preparation, clearer instructions, and attention to safety and comfort details.
