The apartment is really nice and has a welcoming atmosphere. One thing I especially love is the smell🥰🥰—it’s always fresh and pleasant, which makes the space feel even more comfortable and inviting. Overall, it’s a great place to live and easy to feel at home here.

El recepcionista muy amable y atento y el apartamento clásico con una decoración muy bonita, con todo detalle y cómodo.

het was schoon en je zit op een top locatie. Je hebt veel winkels en eettenten in de Hoofdstraat. De beveiliging was ook vriendelijk.

Jammer dat de raamluik van slaapkamer niet dicht kon, want licht kwam binnen ondanks gordijnen. Het kan ook dat ik het verkeerd heb dat er waarschijnlijk gewoon een knop voor is, maar niet dat ik weet. Gehorig en buren die om 4 uur in de nacht bleef aanbellen en kloppen op deur naast mij voor zeker een uur lang bij zijn familie of vrienden en kloppen omdat hij niet binnen kwam, wat erg irritant was.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Mr. David and Mme Fatiha were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Great location, everything is nearby. The old city is about a 30 minute walk or a short taxi ride (10 to 15 MAD). Plenty of good restaurants and cafés within walking distance, including Niagara Restaurant, Chez Fatima, The Elite, and Extrablatt in Hivernage.

The only downside was the behavior of the building’s syndic representative and the security guard. They were consistently rude and made my experience uncomfortable as a local accompanying a foreign tripmate. Even though my tripmate and I were staying in separate apartments on the same floor, they continued to question and disturb us. Despite the presence of surveillance cameras, they repeatedly used the intercom to check whether my tripmate was alone and even implied inappropriate assumptions about our relationship. They also provoked unnecessary confrontations, and any attempt at discussion was met with raised voices and unprofessional behavior. Over the course of three days, this felt intrusive, unwarranted, and difficult to understand.
