Η τοποθεσία είναι συνοικιακή, χωρίς πολλά μαγαζιά/bar πολύ κοντά, οπότε έχει ησυχία. Βρίσκεται στο Καραγάτς και έχεις σχετικά κοντά το κέντρο του Βόλου (20 λεπτά περπάτημα από τη θάλασσα) αλλά και το Πήλιο αν είσαι με αμάξι ή άμα θέλεις να πας με τα πόδια μέχρι τα κοντινά χωριά. Παροχές οι βασικές: Κουζίνα / Μπάνιο / Κρεβάτι. Καθαρά όλα και με ωραίο ντεκόρ. Για την τιμή του είναι πάρα πολύ καλό

Δεν έχει καλή σύνδεση WiFi και γενικά η περιοχή δεν έχει πολύ καλό σήμα. Επίσης είναι λίγο μακριά απο τα ΚΤΕΛ (44 λεπτά με πόδια , 21 με μέσα + πόδια)

Great location, easy to find , quiet neighborhood, good price.

The owner didn't contact us neither with a message on booking nor replied on time when sent a Viber message. Called us 6 hours after the first contact attempt but at least we found the key on the door. Fridge was plugged off. The bed was terrible because there was no support on the middle part and it was Very uncomfortable and kind of narrow. Pillows were not good as well.
