It is a small storage room !!! Alone on the rooftop of an apartment building overlooking the harbour. Opposite Saint Konstantinos church and at the beginning of a central park, about half a click from the University on the sea board. It is great value for money, albeit marginally stocked. Bathroom very clean, had soap, toothbrush/paste, toilettries, shampoo/bath foam, all good (but small!) The view, rewarding.
Heating and humidity really could be an issue, especially in the winter. The airconditioning unit does its best to provide heat, but unfortunately to limited success. Tea, coffee, there was none, cutlery either. Some mugs and a boiler, ok. Internet was unstable,

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και βολική, καθώς υπήρχε πλήθος καταστημάτων κοντά και ήταν δίπλα στην παραλία. Η θέα από το διαμέρισμα ήταν φοβερή. Υπήρχαν αρκετές πρίζες σε διάφορα σημεία καταλύματος. Επίσης η ιδιοκτήτρια μας άφησε να κάνουμε check in νωρίτερα.
Για μένα τα σημαντικότερα προβλήματα ήταν η δυσκολία στη συνεννόηση για τα κλειδιά, καθώς χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 4 φορές για να μάθω πού θα βρω τα κλειδιά και 2 ώρες πριν την άφιξη μου δεν γνώριζα, το φως που μπαίνει από την πόρτα, επειδή έχει τζάμι και ξυπνάς από νωρίς το πρωί, τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ σκληρά και ψηλά και η μυρωδιά από το σιφώνι που περνούσε από το μπάνιο στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο. Από εκεί και πέρα υπήρχαν αρκετά μικρά προβλήματα με το κατάλυμα τα οποία δεν δημιουργούν πρόβλημα στη διαμονή, αλλά δεν είναι ευχάριστα. Αρχικά υπήρχαν αρκετές μικροφθορές (πχ η κρεμάστρα για τα ρούχα ήταν σπασμένη στο κάτω μέρος, υπήρχε σκουριά στη βρύση της μπανιέρας, έλειπε το καπάκι από το κοντρόλ του κλιματιστικού και έβγαιναν μπαταρίες οπότε δυσκολευόμασταν να το ανοίξουμε/κλείσουμε), επίσης υπήρχε δυσκολία να κλείσουμε την πόρτα απ την έξω πλευρά καθώς δεν υπήρχε πόμολο.
