Donegal holiday home

Lovely house in a really peaceful location. Equipped with everything wee needed and great for the kids. Hosts had left info about the area that was really handy, Leo’s tavern was lovely for dinner and so close by. Aran was great for breakfast and a short drive away. Spacious and clean house.

Location was outstanding. Enjoyed a lovely walk into Rannafast. Close to Danny Minnie’s in Anagry and walking distance to Leo’s Tavern. Short drive to beautiful Carrickfinn beach.

The house was spotless and well finished. It waa maintained very well. No one bothered us during our stay and we coukd do our own thing. The information on booking.com meant we found it easily and gained access.

I understand the house is still under renovation so I would look forward to seeing a patio area outside with some garden furniture to sit out and maybe a hot tub at an extra cost. We still had a lovely time without these things and I would definitely stay again.

House was beautiful, the upstairs of the house is still under renovation, it will be a beautiful home when it is finished. House is very modern with beautiful finishes. Bedrooms both had en-suites and a lovely kitchen.

We arrived on a frosty evening and the house was extremely cold on our arrival and all individual stats had to be turned up in each room, I expected the home to be warm on arrival. We had to keep our coats on for the first 5 hours in the house and wait for the house to warm up. Having the stats turned up a few hours before our check in would be beneficial, as we could not relax in the house due to the cold stay. I did light the stove fire in the sitting room, unfortunately it didn’t let much heat out. However once the house heated up around midnight the house was very enjoyable.
