Logement très bien placé et agréable. Bien équipé également. Très atypique car situé à l’intérieur d’un théâtre.

La proximité des transports en commun.
Le mobilier pas très confortable (chaises, canapé). La chambre n'est pas vraiment une chambre mais un lit (matelas 140 sur sommier à lattes sur pieds) dans un "caisson" en contreplaqué dont un pan composé d'une grande ouverture de panneaux en polycarbonate, donne sur la pièce principale face à une grande fenêtre laissant passer la lumière même avec le rideaux fermés. Alors qu'on attend d'une chambre de l'obscurité afin de pouvoir se reposer correctement. On entend également le bruit d'un plancher ou d'escaliers des voisins. Les joints de la salle mériteraient une réception. La VMC ne fonctionne pas.
