CROFT House

The price was really good. The location is solid too as there are many buses available nearby. The property is offering everything you need and there are 2 bathrooms which is very helpful. I particularly liked the kitchen, where you can cook and store your food. There is washing machine as well for your clothes but no way of making them dry afterwards so I wouldn't recommend the machine. For the staff of the property, I'm giving 10/10. The customer service was really good and the host Jhannen did a really great job of assisting me throughout my stay there.

I didn't like that there is no way to dry your clothes as the heaters were not working. Also there is no mosquito nets on the windows so the chance of an insect coming inside is very high.

It was local to where I needed. The streets were nice and quiet at night.

The one thing I think the property could change to improve the stay of everyone would be to remove the slam arms from the bedroom doors. They slam loudly and that could be unsettling for residence in the middle of the night.

Basic items were provided and great value for money.

It would have been excellent if they would have provided couple of tea bags and milk pouches at least for the morning tea.
