The house with a splendid view on Pagasetic gulf, mild microclimate, protected from strong winds coming from the sea. Our host was punctual, and very friendly and helpful. The house is very clean and has all the necessities.

Very clean and spacious apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when meeting us on our arrival. This villa is located in a wonderful small quiet village with amazing views from the balcony out over the bay. Unfortunately our stay was only for 1 night as we were returning to Athens. We all would have loved to have spent more time at this wonderful place.

Прекрасно местоположение! Изключителна гледка! Бяхме много любезно и гостоприемно посрещнати от домакините, които ни предадоха ключа за имота с пълно указание как да ползваме уредите, заедно с кошница с плодове и вино. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

We spent a few unforgettable days during Easter and were truly delighted. The welcome from Stavroula and Stavros was exceptionally warm and heartfelt—we felt at home from the very first moment. Filip - the owner of the house, who lives on the first floor with a separate entrance, is a person with a huge heart - even bigger than the Gulf of Volos ❤️ Our son absolutely adores Filip❤️ They had prepared a special holiday surprise for us - Easter bread (tsoureki) and dyed eggs, which made the experience even more authentic and cozy. The church right in front of the house contributed greatly to the true spirit of Easter - an absolutely magical experience. The house itself left us speechless - it looks even better than in the photos. We explored many places around the Gulf of Volos, but we didn’t see a more beautiful or comfortable place. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and is sandy, lovely, and very convenient. We highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon!
