Location, availability of beach chairs and coolers. Air conditioning worked well. If you like to socialize with the residence, they have different engagements which are listed to the left of the office. The office has nothing to do with this booking, but were very helpful when we engaged with them. There is a community fridge by the laundry room where people leave groceries not used up when they depart, this is a great concept, vs throwing food away.

View to ocean was obstructed with green tarp. There was a small safe in the bedroom closet but were told we are not allowed to use. Garbage disposal did not work this was communicated several times without it being corrected. Day 5 we had a rodent in the kitchen helping themselves to some snacks which were on the counter. We only had one bath towel each for the entire time, thank goodness we also were provided with a beach towel each, this was for a 9 day stay. We were supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase more.

Geräumiges Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mal kein Teppich. Alles Nötige vorhanden. Strandstühle sind dabei. Gute Lage, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden.

Direkt an einer großen Straße, daher laut. Durch eine Baustelle an der Strandseite des Gebäudes ist der Meerblick versperrt. Ab morgens Bautätigkeiten. Ein Bodyboard wäre schön gewesen (war bei anderen Einheiten dabei).

Clean and quiet. Good location

I liked the location on the beach and the location of the unit within the complex . It was quiet at night and had friendly people around when we did see people.

There was some building shoring and debris fencing out. That part didn’t bother my family and I however, this was not mentioned in the booking description. We adjusted but the first night’s walk through and the excitement of being there was a bit dampened with this discovery.
