Apartment ReLakes

Ivan and Martina were perfect hosts. They were so accomodating and helpful. The apartment was sooooo nice and as an added bonus, they left us some home made Plum schnapps. Loved our stay here.

Nicely renovated. Great shower. Washing machine and dryer. Free parking at the door. Great bistro within walking distance. Well provisioned market close by.

Excellent location, very quiet area. Lovey and tasteful decoration. Small but enough for a couple of nights for two people. It’s part of a large complex with a mix of what seemed permanent and rental units. Ivan and Martina were very responsive hosts, and left some lovely treats for us. The schnapps was awesome after a long day exploring Plitvice lakes. Some nice bistros to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for convenience to Plitvice. All linen supplied was fresh and clean, toiletries and some basics if you decide to cook for yourself. Car parking right out the front of the apartment. If you have a car, a great drive to visit Slunj / Rastoke, very pretty village near Plitvice. Lots of other hikes around as well. Lots of cute cats around too if you are a cat person (which we are) 😺

We found the bed a little firm, but this is a personal issue, we prefer softer beds. (They don’t seem to exist in Europe).Lol A few steps up to the apartment, but nothing too bad. Otherwise everything was great

Conveniently located for Plitvice Lakes. Comfortable apartment with pretty much everything we needed. There was olive oil, salt & pepper, paper towel and tea and coffee provided and our hosts left complimentary beer, juice and some local schnapps.

These are small things * the door and entry mechanism is a little complicated to operate; we struggled a bit with this. However, Ivan was very responsible and fixed our issue within 10 mins. * There is nowhere to stack dishes when washing up and we would have liked a colander to drain pasta or vegetables.
