Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. The washing machine was a really big bonus.
The exterior is a little dated but the facilities within the apartment made up for it.

Lovely appartment, in a peaceful location. Everything was to a high spec and felt very comfortable, with everything I needed. Short walk to entrance 2. I really enjoyed my stay! The host was very friendly and helpful, accomodating with an airport shuttle. I really apprecitated it.

The location was great, we were able to walk through the woods straight to Plitvice Lakes in 15 minutes. The kitchen was great, the coffee was good, and the overall layout of the apartment was solid. We had the option to wash clothes which is awesome while on a road trip. Communication with the owner was great. We messaged the owner about some damage we found in the apartment and he responded in a timely manner.
First impressions - it wasn't the nicest looking building from outside. The stairway leading up to the rooms smelled of cat pee. Upon entering the room, we were pleasently surprised and thought we had found an oasis in the desert. To our dismay, the cleanliness of the apartment is what killed it for us. Some of the towels, bathroom and interior were not clean. There was one towel that was obviously used prior and not washed, and the rack next to the toilet had pee stains and dust all over it. We also found used tissues inside of the apartment upon entering. Had the cleanliness not been so bad, we would rate this place much higher.
