House Baiu si trova in una zona periferica di Olbia, molto silenziosa e con grande facilità di parcheggio. Nonostante sia in una zona decentrata è comunque molto vicina al centro, è un ottimo punto strategico per visitare le numerose spiagge della zona. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto e, particolare di non poco conto, l’host mette a disposizione ombrellone e sdrai per la spiaggia oltre ad una borsa frigo, il tutto per facilitare i turisti che arrivano in aereo. C’è anche una comoda macchina per il caffè. Appartamento spazioso, essenziale, pulito. Ottimo contatto con l’host, molto gradito l’ingresso in autonomia col check-in automatico coi codici.
I cuscini non erano di ultima generazione,ma è un particolare di poco conto.
